Avoid warnings about wait_for_sysfs rule for persistent-net, Bug #163096. Added missing reaction on netif rename return code for success, Bug #158531. Removed duplicated old rule for scsi-module-loading. Consistent use of ENV for MODALIAS, Bug #163410.
