Update: 2022/05/25: The issue has been resolved and the AAAA records are back
in place.
The sponsor where <kbd>wiki.gentoo.org</kbd> & <kbd>bugs.gentoo.org</kbd>
are hosted is having upstream IPv6 issues.
The AAAA records have been temporarily removed to reduce the need for IPv6
timeouts to fire before IPv4 is used.
No resolution ETA.
