* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/mips/bits/sigaction.h: Use __PMT instead
of __P for sa_restorer.

* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/kernel_sigaction.h (struct
kernel_sigaction, old_kernel_sigaction): Likewise.
