Warp Pipe End-User Software License Agreement

Warp Pipe, a software development team, at its sole discretion may choose to change the terms, conditions and operation of this software product at anytime.  By using this product the user waives any rights or claims it may have against Warp Pipe. 

THIS PROGRAM IS PROTECTED BY COPYRIGHT LAW AND INTERNATIONAL TREATIES. BREAKING THE FOLLOWING AGREEMENT WILL RESULT IN SEVERE CIVIL AND CRIMINAL PENALTIES AND WILL BE PROSECUTED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT POSSIBLE UNDER LAW.

This Warp Pipe End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Warp Pipe for the Warp Pipe software product identified above, which includes computer software and may include associated media, printed materials, and "online" or electronic documentation ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, you are not authorized to use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. The act of installing and/or running Warp Pipe is your "signature" of accepting these terms and conditions.

1. Definitions
"Software" means the programs supplied by Warp Pipe herewith.

2. License Restrictions
You may use this Software only with the understanding and acceptance that you, the end user, takes on full responsiblity for the functions this software performs. You also must agree to accept all liablity for the use and possession of this Software. At no time, will Warp Pipe be responsible for any unlawful behavior that you do while using this Software. The license granted to you is for educational purposes only. You must accept that this software may be illegal in some places, and that Warp Pipe will not be liable if you use this Software in such a place. You may make or distribute copies of the Software, or electronically transfer the Software from one computer to another or over a network. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise reduce the Software to a human-perceivable form. You may not rent, lease or sublicense the Software.  You may not modify the Software or create derivative works based upon the Software.

Termination: Without prejudice to any other rights, Warp Pipe may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and all of its component parts.

3. Ownership
This license gives you LIMITED rights to use the Software. Although you own the media on which the information the software transmits through the network, you do not become the owner of, and Warp Pipe retains title to the Software. All rights including Federal and International Copyrights, are reserved by Warp Pipe.

4. Limitations of Damages
Warp Pipe SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, EVEN IF Warp Pipe HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES AND EVEN IF A REMEDY SET FORTH HEREIN IS FOUND TO HAVE FAILED OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE. The SOLE end user ("YOU") of this Software is liable for ALL claims of damages of any kind from anyone, from your use of the SOFTWARE.
